At work, about once every hour or two because I am an admin for a page. At home, once or perhaps twice an evening depending on whether family members have been posting about something I want to know about, or if some news event is happening that one of the sites I follow might comment on or link to some information about.

Every hour when awake. Most of my time when awake I am on my BlackBerry and FB.
