웹 2.0 시절에 플랫폼이 화두가 된 적이 있었다. 누구나 플랫폼이 되어야 한다는 거였다. 하지만, 거의 아무도 플랫폼이 되지 못했다. 그 때는 만들 수 있는 기능을 주는 것을 플랫폼이라고 생각했지만, 기능을 준다고 해서 꼭 쓰는 것은 아니라는 것을 알게 되었다. 플랫폼은 어떻게 되는 걸까.
