I was humbled when I woke up from my slumber to Shaun's tweet. I also questioned whether he had the right person - but he did indeed. Shaun is an amazing connector and awesome community manager. He continue's to communicate with me regarding advice on community management.

Content Needs to Be Created and Promoted: Content That Tells A Brand Story.

Pull together content that shares who you are, and what your clients care most about. Keep constant relationship going through frequent posts and engagement. Listen then engage with audience to provide more relevant content. Make good use of Page Insights to optimize content.

Real Time Insights: Ability to Immediately Change Content Strategy.

Real time insights allow you to take immediate action, and change strategy while still in flight. You’ll have the ability to turn on/off ‘sponsored stories.’ You can change page posts in real time to use similar strategy to post that did really well earlier that morning. Insights are now more actionable, and allow creating great content for Pages much easier.

Optimize Insights to Drive Success: Relationships and Filters.

Focuses on people, not on page views or impressions. Focus on ‘unique’ people reached by shares. Focus on the ‘health’ of page. Regularly create engaging content. Viewing and filtering insights for individual posts drive future engagement.

Metrics: 'People Talking About This.' This refers to how many users on Facebook are generating content about your brand.

Tip: Filter content by ‘people talking about this,’ and get real-time data results. You will see rich content, such as photos and videos at the top of your Page. Keep in mind strategy and goals when deciding what metrics work best for you. For example, other metrics - depending on your goals - may include: 'Likes' and 'Reach.'
