This 2- minute video was created to welcome Shawn Henry (WAI Outreach Coordinator at the W3C), the #heweb11 conference keynote speaker on October 24, 2011. With this video, we tried to put the attendees of this higher ed web conference in a couple of "disabling situations" (not being able to understand what was said in sign language, not being able to see a photo).
