Telecommuting is becoming an increasingly popular option for employees in the United States. And a growing number of employers are willing to let their employees work from home, at least part of the time. In fact, at the most recent South by Southwest conference, some 83 percent of respondents to a survey said they work at least part time from home. Even in the current job market, there are plenty of job opportunities for people who can't -- or won't -- relocate for a new job.
