Durante  esta alianza, a propósito de la Cumbre Conectar las Américas 2012, de la que Panamá es anfitriona, se anunció el proyecto a desarrollar a través de la provisión de programas educativos en Tecnologías de la Información y la Comunicación (TIC) y del deporte (fútbol y baloncesto) administrados en las academias de deporte de la Fundación Real Madrid.
