VitalSigns 2015: Taking the pulse of Centre Wellington.

Oct 6, 2015 - Elora ON Centre Wellington Community Foundation has coordinated the 2015 Vital Signs project, designed to take the pulse of the community. The 2015 report examines the following three areas: · Gap Between Rich and Poor, · Leadership and Belonging, and · Arts and Culture.

  1. The CentreWellington Community Foundation (CWCF) invited residents of Centre Wellington to the Vital Signs 2015 launch event.

  2. Two of CWCF’s primary goals have been to help our community move forward by both:
    a) growing capacity through our grant-making activities and
    b) by convening community conversations.
  3. In keeping with that commitment, the CWCF has invested in a 2015 Vital Signs project, which is a program of Community Foundations Canada, designed to take the pulse of the community and to help identify the key areas where action and attention is needed most.
  4. Erin Prately (@ErinPrat) is the Project Manager for the Centre Wellington Vital Signs 2015 campaign. @CWCFdn would like to thank Erin greatly for all the hard work, diligence to detail and strive for completion. You ROCK Erin!!
  5. Insight derived from this consultative process will provide the information to set community priorities and identify opportunities for action in Centre Wellington.
