I think Yes culture is permission giving, & with it is an accountability to the movement and to your local church or group. #uuriskfaithers- Risk faithing culture has to embrace the difference between regular faithful failures and moral failure. #uuriskfaithers
Yes-saying means not only trusting people, but trusting self. Sometimes that's harder. Fear holds us back. #uuriskfaithers- @apakula And trusting means....ways of failing, restoring relationship, faithing with great conviction? #uuriskfaithers
It's both, I think. Inspire young adults don't want to be held back by layers of committees. They can act elsewhere... #uuriskfaithers- @Rev_Mother I don't understand overly chaotic. Accountability has mutuality. Common vision, mission, story important. #uuriskfaithers

@apakula that's what I'm trying to figure out. Is risk faith a new process? Anyone? #uuriskfaithers- My goal is to trust and mentor people - and to avoid systems that are set up to value safety and comfort over mission #uuriskfaithers
