Open Records Act struggle timeline
The Collegian, student newspaper for Georgia Perimeter College, began investigating the GPC budget deficit as soon as it was announced on May 7, 2012. The Collegian submitted three Open Records Act requests, which it received for free, following the fourth one, the Board of Regents charged $2,963.39
