The World's Marco Werman spoke with Moises Naim, scholar at the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace and Miguel Tinker-Salas, author of "The Enduring Legacy: Oil, Culture and Citizenship in Venezuela" who have two very different ideas about Chavez' legacy.
