The...My girlfriend is a developer. She is currently being bullied, harassed, her work is down trodden. The senior in her team has actually openly abused her. The line manager ignores her. Her work has always been commented as being fantastic. Their new tactic is to actively avoid giving her any work to do and it feels they are trying to push her out the door. It may have to do with the fact that she can do the seniors job better than him, but he always takes credit for her work. Doesnt help that the senior and line manager are best buds. Im at a loss, because she is talented, used to be outspoken and positive, but the way she is being treated is turning her shy and quiet. She can turn her hand to most area's. Is there any help that anyone can offer that can help her or advice on what to do please. Im at a loss as I want to help, but there doesn't seem to be anything that can be done to help her, short of me putting the fear of god into these idiots, and if it made her happier, i would do it in a heart beat.more2013-01-11T15:42:15.126Z
