Silver Action - the social media story of an event

  1. An inspirational team of bloggers, Tweeters and general social media enthusiasts formed a crucial part of the recent Silver Action art event by Suzanne Lacy in the Tate Tanks at Tate Modern on Sunday 3 February. This is an abridged account of their experience and social media output.

It started with a recruitment drive co-ordinated by social change agency Forster Communications, fuelled by cake and goodwill at a briefing session on the Thursday evening before the event.

That was followed by growing excitement and anticipation from the social media participants.
