I’ve been listening around the web for conversation threads on “organizational resiliency” in nonprofit and foundation sector and finding some mention and discussion on the importance of resiliency, especially organizational resiliency. Resilience is a key trait of effective, high-impact orgs in today’s constantly changing environment. I "storified" it and would like to hear what you are thinking.
