Houssein Omar Hassan (Djibouti) entered the finish line at 11:23.50 for Men's 1500m - T46 Heat 1. The winner of that heat entered 3:57.27. Omar Hassan was almost 6-7 minutes slower than the winner but he completed his race and got standing ovation from crowds in Olympic Stadium and Twitter users.
