  2. Agricultural education charity Marshal Papworth Fund chairman James Parrish is stepping down after four years and will be replaced by Tom Arthey. Pictured right, Parrish received a gift in thanks for his dedication during his time as chair.
  3. A team from AMT Fruit recently mucked in with Tesco staff to collect food donations from customers for charity. Run by Tesco with partner charities FareShare and The Trussell Trust, the initiative, now in its seventh year, aims to provide at least five million meals to people in need this winter.
  4. Salad giant Florette announced this week that its Angflor UK growing operations and collaborative project is now complete and has expanded from 11 to 22ha.

TV star and Strictly Come Dancing judge Bruno Tonioli surprised Tesco staff members Gemma Gibson and Claudia Hylton-Livermore, at the retailer's Kensington store this week, to lend a hand stacking shelves and working on the check-out. Gemma and Claudia, who have collectively worked at Tesco for 28 years, were nominated for their excellent customer service.
