Personally, when I feel resto has failed miserably, I don't write about it I tell the chef or owner my comments directly. It's appreciated!

in any case more than just a juicy scandal its a lesson to be learned from, for all journalists and social media.

I think more than the @bigbadblogger it's the PR firm that is guilty of extortion. Blogs, just like any other form of media is just a tool.
