  10. Lightbulb moments at #NFCB. “Engagement is a process. It’s not a one-time affair." 


  11. We talked about putting the infrastructure in place to make engagement work - from a functioning database to collaborative online tools such as Google Docs or EventBrite.  

  12. Capturing and tracking relationships with donors and the community is critical. Get organized with tools like Salesforce, Convio. #nfcb
  13. Engagement works when you have infrastructure to make strategic, smart decisions. It helps you execute and create impact. #nfcb
  14. Jennifer's sharing how NPT listened to the community, pulling together small groups of 15-20 people, and just took notes and listened. From the sessions, they learned and changed their perceptions of community issues. It helped make their programming authentic and built their station's value in the community.


  15. The question we get often: How do you do engagement work when you have limited resources?
