  8. Almost immediately, we start to wonder... what comes next? What do we need mathematically? Pedagogically? We first discuss the complicatedness of the model itself (how hard will it be to make a valid prediction?).

    @ddmeyer Right. That's where I'm at. I don't know what model (if any) best fits this thing. What does the learner need at this point?

    @ddmeyer There's no way to duplicate the temp inside that BBQ, though. Thermometer is whacked on the thing anyway.

    @ddmeyer For act 2, I'm thinking give the raw video for different ranges of temps...maybe 10 degrees at a time. Give them if they ask.

    @dcox21 @ddmeyer usually it's based on thickness and it's linear, like X minutes per inch or something, right? Could that be the question?
