1. That's a wrap: Patriots win 28-24

  3. After a wild finish and a brief shoving match at the end, your final score: New England 28, Seattle 24.
  4. Brady and Belichick win their fourth Super Bowl in six tries together, Seattle is left with a world of regret and we were all just treated to a Super Bowl that actually lived up to the hype. That ties Brady for the most Super Bowl wins by a quarterback with Joe Montana and Terry Bradshaw -- two all-time greats who can't match Brady's six total appearances.
  5. Now we'll just have to see what becomes of that whole DeflateGate thing.

  6. So close, and yet so far, for Seattle

  8. Seattle driving, 1:15 left, ball on New England's 38, and THIS HAPPENS to set up first and goal? Behold one of the most fateful catches in Super Bowl history -- except you won't believe what happens next.

  13. As Chris Collinsworth mentioned on the NBC broadcast: Why don't you go to Marshawn Lynch there???
  14. But in the Super Bowl there are no do-overs and Seattle fans — and Richard Sherman — will be left forever wondering what might have been.

  15. Alert, alert: This is looking like a classic

  16. Feb 1, 2015 9:46 PM EST / Sam Laird
  17. After a quick three-and-out from Seattle, a methodical, surgeon-like drive from Brady and the Patriots takes more than five minutes off the clock and ends in a Julian Edelman touchdown catch to put New England up 28-24.
  18. Now Seattle gets the ball back, down four with 2:02 to play. A field goal won't do, so there will be no tie game here. It's all or nothing for the defending champs.
  19. Find yo' wives, find yo' kids. Set them down in front of the TV. We could be in for a classic finish to Super Bowl XLIX.

  20. Stayin' alive, stayin' alive
