Association Chat: Bullies in Associations

Every Tuesday at 2 pm ET, a group of people gather around Association Chat for a group discussion about topics of the day. The chat has been around for over 2 years now and the hashtag always makes the uninitiated (and the regulars) snicker...#assnchat. Come for the "assn"; stay for the "chat" ---!

  4. [Host](Q1): Have you witnessed or heard of board members/members/volunteers using their status or connections to bully staff? What was done about it?

    #assnchat Q1: Yes, I've heard this and actually seen this & other bad behavior. Unfortunately, no one had the backbone to say anything.
