Mary Gardiner - Keynoting Wikimania 2012

Mary Gardiner is Co-founder of the Ada Initiative, a non profit dedicated to increasing the participation of women in open source and open culture. Giving a keynote at wikimania, the premier event for people involved in the world's largest open culture project, was a chance to pursue the mission.
