Charlottesville People - Do you Care What the National Association of Realtors Say?

Every real estate market is different. "Real estate is local" as they (and I) say. The NAR released yet another revision today, so I figured I'd ask the people that matter to me - Charlottesville folks - if they care/pay attention to the NAR. I was gratified to see the answers.
