Tropical Storm Debby Impacts

With its nearly stationary position in the northeastern Gulf, a plume of tropical moisture from Debby has blasted parts of central and northern Florida w/ several inches of rain and resultant floodwaters. Floodwaters due to surge also has been an issue for west-central coastal Florida.
