Duluth, Minnesota Flash Flooding
Training areas of rain and thunderstorms streamed over northern Minnesota during the early morning hours of Wednesday, June 20, 2012. Some of the hardest hit areas was Duluth, Minnesota which endured hours of tremendous rainfall leading to terrible flash flooding across the city.
