Tropical Storm Debby could be on its way to tropical cyclone name retirement as its legacy has been solidified with numerous cities, towns &communities swamped by its floodwaters - both rainfall & surge. On Tuesday, June 26, it was NE Florida's turn to endure Debby's wrath including Jacksonville.
- Radar-estimated rainfall shows areas of northern/northeast Florida and extreme southeast Georgia have received more than 8 inches of rain and in many cases, closer to a foot of rain due to slow-moving TS Debby.
