@TheInlander Thank you for the kind comments. Just to clarify- the S-R quote didn't convey that we don't like the term "chick" beer either.
@RiverCityRed @Inlander Good to hear re: "chick" beer. "Girlfriend" is better, but I don't see how the implication is different.- @RiverCityRed It just sucks when servers assume you want a Blue Moon, you know? We IPA-drinking ladies need all the help we can get.
- @InlanderLisa @inlander The difference is that we had "girlfriends" we respected a lot (I have been married to one now for 24 years).
- @InlanderLisa This is worth discussing. We wanted a fun name for a light style, but no disrespect intended. The S-R quote wasn't a quote.
- @rivercityred I really appreciate your response, and I'll update the post. I'd love to see more women trying the full range of local beer.
