DC's First Homicide of 2013

For nine days DC went without a single homicide, but in the afternoon of Jan. 10, a man was fatally stabbed in the 2800 block of Alabama Ave. SE. Friends of the man said his name was Jamal Rich. He is the first homicide victim of 2013.
