What's Going On at the UO
Journalism students at the University of Oregon went around campus to find interesting people and interesting places. Then, others could read about it on Twitter!
- On Tuesday, my J361 class (Reporting 1) contributed to the Twitter scavenger. An event so large that 13 schools from around the U.S. participated. My partner and I traveled around the University of Oregon to ask ask students their opinions on various topics, such as social media and school sports. We also found some interesting locations and extracurricular activities students can get involved in.
- Meanwhile, my classmates Katie Lou Armstrong, Brittany Parvi and Sarahbeth Oppliger were finding their own tidbits of information to share with the Twitterverse.
- I also took a look at what students from other campuses were sharing with us. It was interesting to see how their campuses differed from ours.
