- OK, the councillors are back. SNP asked for costs of cancelling trams. Now Labour are about to put forward a motion. #edinburghcouncil

@GdnEdinburgh They've spent so much already, it would be incredibly stupid to *pay* to cancel it, just use that money to finish it! :D
@GdnEdinburgh Is this a serious consideration or political manoeuvrings before the 2012 LA elections? Surely the project must finish- @gdnedinburgh additional note, once they're up and running everyone will stop whinging. That happened in Dublin with their Luas line :)
