Live from Berkeley Lab's Emeryville/Berkeley site meeting

Berkeley Lab held a meeting Monday night about the Emeryville/Berkeley site proposed for its second campus. Berkeleyside's Robert Mills live-tweeted last night's meeting which was held at the Hilton Hotel in Emeryville. The story unfolds below:

  1. The Wareham Development Group already leases 65,000 square feet to the lab for its Joint Bioenergy Institute at EmeryStation East. It also leases 72,000 square feet on Potter Street in Berkeley for the lab's life sciences division. Wareham would use those two spots as anchors in the new campus.
