  1. @ZachACole @Evanish "[hiring companies] need to figure out how to recruit and create jobs that are attractive for entrepreneurial people.’’
  2. @ZachACole @Evanish Driscoll is dead on. It's all about incentive to work at a mid-size firm: entrepreneurial or pay what Google does.
  3. @Evanish I agree. Lauzon makes an excellent point as well. There is tremendous value in working for & learning from a VC-backed company.
  4. @AaronGerry there is...and yet we rarely talk about it in depth or specifically.
  5. @AaronGerry everyone makes a choice what they invest time in. Reaching out to young people & *showing a startup career path* is a good start
  6. @Evanish Funny that there was an admission to waiting for many of the engineers to "get it out of their system" & then scoop them up.
  7. @ZachACole @Evanish @AaronGerry I don't think there is such a thing as "too many startups" b/c customers are ultimately the ones to decide
