Someone noticed that Facebook had 155 million active users in the United States in the beginning of May (people who checked in at least once) and only 149 million by the end of the month for a net loss of 6 million active users. Is Facebook sliding into oblivion?

Here is a slightly different, yet innovative green initiative from Coca-Cola in Israel, who were aiming to promote increased recycling of their bottles across the entire country.

Each of our sites have had Facebook Pages for a while now, but they never really took off until I set aside the time to do an in-depth investigation on Facebook marketing strategies, and worked with my team to implement them.

Businesses with physical locations have a new way to gain exposure in the news feed and get more users to Like their Pages through a new feature on Facebook Pages called "Recommend This Place". Those that list a street address in the Page can potentially use this new feature to build their fan bases for free.
