Jonah Lehrer Self-Plagiarism in IMAGINE

Out of morbid curiosity, I started leafing through Jonah Lehrer's IMAGINE to see if there were any examples of Lehrer lifting passages from previous pieces and including them in the book. To my surprise, I discovered nine instances in the first 100 pages. Story TK.

  5. By the way, there's isn't a notice in IMAGINE that says "Portions of this book appeared previously in similar form elsewhere."
  6. And here's a Lehrer three-fer. @silvermanjacob uncovered this Forgas example (is.gd/fB6LqU). It's also there in IMAGINE, p. 76-77.
