Wearing Red for Women

  11. 鈥淧art of the reason I鈥檓 here is that I was involved in what I think we call the second wave of the women鈥檚 movement...I think women who did not live through that period, who are perhaps 20, 30, 40 years younger than I am, don鈥檛 understand the world that we lived in and how easy it would be to roll that back. All we need is the wrong justice on the Supreme Court, and we鈥檙e talking about the possibility of back-alley abortions. This is a dangerous time.鈥 - Miriam Brody, 76, and her husband Isaac. #internationalwomensday #nycitylens
