Meteor over DC? #DCMeteor

At approximately 7:54 PM, people around the District of Columbia began reporting that they'd seen a bright light streak across the sky. As of 8:03, no one had confirmed what actually happened. An hour an a half later, news outlets called it a meteor, landing somewhere in DelMarVa.

    @tsommadossi @michiforjoy I saw the green fireball as I was coming out my apartment in Fairfax! Green means the meteor had nickel/magnesium.
