Huell Howser through the years; California Gold fans react

A California icon, Huell Howser has died at the age of 67. Here are some videos of " California Gold" through the years and piles of memories from his viewers and TV subjects.

  1. He was a bit hokey, with a down home voice, but if you wanted to know the places in California, whether its the Golden Gate Bridge San Francisco, the stars of  Hollywood, or just someone's organic backyard, "California Gold" a public TV show was the place to find it. If it was something, it seemed that Howser had been there.
