Alderman reacts to Hubbard contract

St. Louis Alderman Scott Ogilvie spouted off on Twitter regarding former state Rep. Rodney Hubbard's links to a ghost employee contract. "We fight to fund positions like a police officer to deal with animal abuse," Ogilvie said. "Then on the other hand you have someone stealing that same amount."
