1. The hotels’ rooms were designed by sculptors from Russia, Poland, Latvia and Ukraine. It has 24 rooms, 10 of which are suites for overnight guests, according to CNN.
  2. The SnowVillage is built each year in Kittila, about 600 miles north of Helsinki in northern Finland. It opened Dec. 12 and will close in April, according to hotel officials.
  3. Tickets to visit cost $18 for adults and $10 for children between 4 and 14 years old. Visitors can get guided tours of the SnowVillage’s 12 square miles for about $78 for groups of up to 30 people.

  6. The final, six-episode season of HBO's popular "Game of Thrones" series, based on the "Song of Ice and Fire" book series by George R.R. Martin, is set to air in 2019.
