On July 21st Code For Oakland held their second annual citywide hackathon. The theme for this year is "Building the Civic Web" and projects were focused primarily on increasing civic participation focusing on Open Data and economic development to urban foraging. http://codeforoakland.org

- The event took place at Kaiser Center and featured speakers and presentations as well as the hackathon.
