How the idea for #OccupyWallStreetEVERYWHERE was born
One of the biggest sources of frustration for many who support #OccupyWallStreet is their inability to come to NYC even if it is to bear witness of the occupation. So my very smart tweeps came up with some excellent ideas and "ensmartened" me enough to come up with one of my own: Occupy Wall Street Everywhere.

- from @ennuisansmerde comes the idea of WEARING ZIP TIES AROUND WRIST in #solidarity with #OccupyWallStreet victims of police brutality
- from @joyceofweaving comes the excellent #solidarity idea of putting a sign on your lawn that says #OccupyWallStreet
- may i add to that: if you put an #OccupyWallStreet sign on your lawn or wear a zip tie, take a pic & i'll RT and blog at my blogs
- anybody have any more ideas on how to show #solidarity and spread the word about #occupywallstreet?
- here's mine: take a pic in front of your local big bank with sign saying #OccupyWallStreet + State so we can make a 50 state photoblog

- sleeping out in the open on concrete floor like people at #OccupyWallStreet are doing is absolutely heroic... and insane
- but just because am a camping wuss, doesnt mean my #activism and commitment is lesser than #OccupyWallStreet. it's just different.
- besides, i have two kids kids to take care of and i life i cant put on hold for #OccupyWallStreet. but i do what i can.
- let me just say that i absolutely DETEST camping. like, with an undying bougie passion. that's why i respect #OccupyWallStreet
- the principle of open-source politics is simple: do what you can. if you cant, support those who can. every little #OccupyWallStreet counts
