- @henrikberggren I agree, they are in the strategic sweet spot. But it's also way more fragile infrastructure compared to hardware. @agaton
- @henrikberggren I.e. compare switching costs. For E it's huge, and can not be done by consumers. For FB it's a bit different. @agaton
