- Gary Shulze signs a copy of Writes of Spring. His T-shirt reads "one more book won't hurt."
- In between hauling books, refreshing refreshments, and making sure everything is humming along, Pat Frovarp signs a book for a fan. It's not my fault she's a little blurry, she never stops moving.
- Carl Brookins was there with a real camera. Held by an actual photographer.
- Libby Hellmann showed her new book, the second in a "Revolution Trilogy" that started in Chicago with Set the Night on Fire and will next go to Cuba.
- Shoppers pored over the hand-curated book stock. Note the classic Sisters in Crime map over the door.
