aggrammatism therapy typically is more effective if started when? early? or after word finding and syntax treatment? #aphasiachat- @blindingblue Our 1st cases were months post onset & recovered ability to communicate verbally. All treatment should generalize #aphasiachat

- @ErinMantz Studies show if person is fully involved in life activities, socially stimulated, communication continues improving #aphasiachat

- @JoanSanton It really depends on the patient. Can't make a general statment on this one. #aphasiachat
- @magsterj1988 One important criterion is that they produce at least some real (accurate) words when singing familiar songs. #aphasiachat
- re: aggramaticism, which are most difficult to remediate: pronouns, prepositions, aux verbs or is it individual? #aphasiachat
- @magsterj1988 If you have person who meets candidacy criteria, response is typically good. If not, can't expect good response. #aphasiachat
