3-year old killed in drive-by on International Boulevard
A fundraiser is planned Saturday and Sunday in memory of 3-year-old Carlos Nava, who was killed Monday in a brazen drive-by shooting. Police charged one man and are seeking the driver of a car from which the shots were fired that killed Carlos.

OAKLAND -- Two suspects were arrested in Pittsburg on Tuesday in the drive-by shooting that killed a 3-year-old boy in broad daylight on bustling International Boulevard, law enforcement sources said. Police said they had been working around the clock to find the suspects who fired at two men on the street, but instead hit 3-year-old Carlos Fernando Nava.
