12/12/04 Arch D. Tutu launched a petition as part of an international campaign to Free Chinese Nobel Peace Liu Xiaobo and wife Liu Xia. 450.000 citizens of the world joined the campaign on Change.org. Deliveries are led by sections of Amnesty, Committee for Liu X., Friends of Liu X., or Freedom Now.
