MetroWest and Milford Monday morning quarterback

Patriots fans throughout MetroWest and the Milford area were disappointed by the Patriots' loss to the Ravens 28-13 Sunday, Jan. 20 in the AFC championship game. Here's what they had to say on social media.

  1. First, here's some coverage by GateHouse Media newspapers.
  2. ESPN's Mike Reiss used to be a sports reporter with the MetroWest Daily News!
  3. Needless to say, a lot of fans were really upset the Patriots blew it.
  4. Ravens flat out played a better game than the Patriots. Offense never got going and the Defensive looked like the Defense of old
  5. The @Patriots did not look good today...ugh. Raven's kicked their butt
  6. Still sleeping with my Patriots blanket.. Even though I am sad about our loss. #PatsNation
  7. Awwww man.... Great effort by the @Patriots, but it wasn't meant to be. Congratulations to the 2013 AFC champions, Baltimore @Ravens !
  8. Many fans are moving on to focus on the Bruins.
  9. Thank God I have hockey back. That's the only thing getting me past yesterday's Patriots loss. Ugh...
  10. Bruins and Michigan State ball can now take my attention away from the sorrow of these patriots.
  11. Celtics suck, Patriots season is over.. Lets go Bruins!
  12. Well, at least we have the Bruins back, and how long until spring training! Lets go Red Sox! #Patriots #bostonbruins #RedSox
  13. Lots of fans say they'll stick with the Patriots, despite their disappointment.
  14. Once again, nothing will ever dampen my loyalty and love for the @Patriots . Classy organization, classy team no matter what. #lovemyteam
  15. Oh Well... maybe next year. The Patriots still gave us an exciting season just the same.
  16. At the end if the day if still take Brady over any qb in the nfl #Patriots
  17. Although I am sad about this game and very pissed at how poorly the Patriots played, I will forever be a Pats fan!
