James "Whitey" Bulger trial verdict
James "Whitey" Bulger, who allegedly led the notorious Winter Hill Gang in the '70s and '80s in Boston, was convicted of racketeering in Federal Court on Aug. 12, 2013. He faced 32-counts and is expected to get a life sentence. He fled in 1994 but was caught in 2011.
