@janineutell Yes, I agree. There needs to be a more holistic vision. Opportunities for leadership where they are now, for example. #femlead

@bonstewart Another challenge is turnover. Have to help students see value in efforts for which they may not be around for outcome. #femlead

- @injenuity that's a really important point. student services that are campus-based serve campus students far more. #femlead
- @bonstewart In my XP grads have not always wanted the "leadership" (i.e. student govt)- fine with 1 or 2 representing voice of many #femlead
