  2. "In the fall semester of my senior year (1979), I was a TA in the Psychology Department working for Dr. William Hannah. I took Futuristic Psychology with Dr. Margaret Raben. Her TA,Richard Cass was also in the class. Irritation with this cocky, arrogant young man turned to friendship and eventually love. We were married in October 1981 (over 30 years ago) and our beautiful daughter Sara was born in 1990. Sara will be graduating from Suffolk in May of this year." - Cathi Laurie Cass

  3. "I met my husband Neil Petrocelli (BSBA '87) in January 1987 in a Computer Information Class It was my junior year and his senior year. We worked on a group project together and and shortly thereafter started dating. We were married in September of 1990 and all of our wedding party were Suffolk grads. I went back to Suffolk and got my MSF in 1996. We have been married for 21 years and have two sons, Neil Jr, 15 and Billy, 12." - Elaine Powers Petrocelli

  4. "I met my husband as a young graduate of Suffolk Law School, desperately seeking a job in the competitive Boston legal market. Paul was a partnet at a Boston firm, and he plucked my resume out of a pile because he liked Suffolk Law school graduates (being one himself). The firm hired me, and we fell in love, and the rest is history. We have been married for 28 years, and have spent most of our respective careers at different law firms, both practicing family law. Two years ago, we joined forces and now have our own firm in North Andover, MA, called the Perocchi Family Law Group. We try to hire Suffolk Law School graduates whenever we can, as we think that they are wonderful lawyers." - Joyce Perocchi

  5. Simona Mocuta, MSI '00 and Kashif Ahmed, MSF '98
  6. "We shared a love of the printed word. I was a naive, flighty freshman, while Ed was a seasoned junior. We met while working on the Suffolk Journal; he was my editor and then my friend. We had too much fun putting the paper together, waxing copy and then poetic together in the days before pagination. Now, as we celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary later this year, I realize how lucky I was to have met him. We did not have any classes together as far as we recall, so it was the Journal and student activities that brought us, and kept us, together. We remain good friends with the people we met at Suffolk, who continue to share our lives. We have three children, and thank you, Angela for being part of our continued Suffolk success story!" - Nina Coletta
  7. "My wife Amanda and I met at New England School of Art & Design at Suffolk University. Specifically in Ilona Anderson's color class. Just prior to tying the knot we visited the school for wedding photos. Security let us take pics in the lobby and we stopped traffic on Arlington St. for this photo. We met in 1997, got married several years later. We live in Allston/Brighton, have a 2.5 year old toddler named Jack. Amanda is a kitchen designer, I am director of user experience at a finance technology startup." - Michael Durwin
