    DFDS and Magnavale, for successfully outsourcing temperature-controlled food transport

    Parcelforce and Screwfix, for matching packaging and product sizes to reduce costs
  9. Steve Porter Transport, Meachers Global Logistics and Red Funnel Ferries won for co-operating on the delivery of freight on the Isle of Wight
  10. Meanwhile, some love in the audience for the music that's being played tonight. Can't argue with that...
  11. Other nominees were: BT Fleet, which made its vehicle technician apprenticeship scheme “one of the best in the business” and Royal Mail Fleet, which recruits over 30 apprentices every year, 94% of whom go on to become qualified technicians
  12. Cemex UK won for its ambitious driver apprenticeship scheme to bring new drivers into the industry
